It’s an unlikely billing that you never knew you needed! Santana’s The Oneness Tour brings along Counting Crows, an icon from the 90s that brought about some incredible pop rock staples. This summer, Santana will deliver career-spanning hits, including songs from their diamond-certified album, Supernatural. Expect outstanding hits like “Smooth,” “Maria Maria,” “The Game of Love,” and many more. Meanwhile, Counting Crows are armed with smashing numbers of their own, such as “Mr. Jones,” “Accidentally In Love,” “Big Yellow Taxi,” and many more.
Both sensational acts were at their peak during the 90s and early 2000s. It was a time when their music videos were aired non-stop on MTV, and their songs conquered the radio waves. Santana has been around since the ‘60s, and they were already a fixture in the rock circuit. Their self-titled debut album peaked at number 4 on the Billboard 200 and sold over two million copies. By the ‘70s, the band has two number 1 albums and eight efforts in Billboard 200’s Top 30. By 1999, there was a remarkable resurgence in their fame upon the release of the smashing hit single “Smooth,” featuring Matchbox Twenty singer Rob Thomas. Their eighteenth album, Supernatural, ranked number 1 in 23 countries, including the U.S. and Canada.

The band rose to fame after releasing their debut single, “Mr. Jones, which went to number 2 on the Hot Alternative Airplay chart. By 1994, the band has released their first number single. “Einstein on the Beach (for an Eggman).” A few years later, the band made their phenomenal debut on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with “Hangin' Around” – a feat they would later repeat with the release of the 2003 single, “Big Yellow Taxi.”
