Setting out on one of the weirdest tours of their lives, Five Finger Death Punch celebrates two decades of music with the most insane metal-country-alternative crossover yet. Featuring performances from outlaw country Cody Jinks and hard rocking Eva Under Fire. And the tour provides support for Team USA Olympics, specifically USA Judo and USA BMX.
The stateside tour begins in the spring with shows taking place all summer, and FFDP has promised to play at least one track from every studio album for the last 20 years.
Coming out of 2005 Las Vegas, FFDP was created by Zoltan Bathory and Jeremy Spencer. Even though they have never won a Grammy, they hold the record for the most consecutive number 1's, at 13, on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay chart, and out of their 9 studio albums, 7 have been certified Gold or Platinum. They have created some of the coolest covers of songs, "Bad Company," "House of the Rising Sun," and "Gone Away."
Biggest Hits: the number 1 "A Little Bit Off," their debut single "The Bleeding," "Jekyll and Hyde," "Bad Company," and "Wrong Side of Heaven."
Coming out of Haltom City, Texas, and backed by The Tone Deaf Hippies, Cody Jinks used to be the lead singer of the thrash metal band Unchecked Aggression, which is possibly how this whole tour is going to work.
Biggest Hits "Loud and Heavy" "Hippies and Cowboys" and "Must Be the Whiskey"
Led by licensed clinical psychotherapist Eva Marie along with husband and lead guitarist Rob Lyberg, this hard rock band out of Detroit is influenced by 80s arena rock, specifically Journey and Pat Benatar, covering "Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)".
Biggest Hits "Blow" (feat. Spencer Charnas of Ice Nine Kills), "Unstoppable" and "Heroin(e)."
Opening back in 1990, with a concert by Cher, as the World Music Theatre, it is located at 19100 Ridgeland Ave, Tinley Park, Illinois, just 1 mile from the Tinley Park Convention Center. The Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre is one of the largest amphitheaters in the country, with an absolutely massive capacity of almost 29,000, with around 11,000 reserved seats and a huge 17,000 general lawn. For alternative travel, it is served by the 80th Ave Metra station on the Rock Island District line.
