The Dixie Chicks have had incredible career of 26 years and counting and it has been a groundbreaking journey. Starting with original members of the trio, sisters Martie Erwin Maguire, known as a virtuoso on the fiddle and the mandolin, and Emily Erwin Robison, who is a master of the banjo, the Dobro, the guitar and the accordion. With the addition of lead singer, Natalie Maines, Dixie Chicks were launched into the mainstream with their beautiful, traditional Country and Western sound.
